Oneofthosedays.

I'm on an exercise-kick. (No pun intended). I decided Monday that I wanted to start working out everyday. So I started Tuesday. The only time I have in my days to do anything "extra" is 8am...but I know it is a healthy addition to my day, so early mornings will be worth it. So, like I said...everyday, started Tuesday. I missed Wednesday...good start, right? ha. I got back on track today though :) So, my exercise routine is fairly basic. Pretty much because any strenuous activity gets me huffing and puffing...ridiculous, I know. I start out on the treadmill, power-walking of course, because anything faster than that will.kill.me. However, during my 30 minutes of power walking, I manage to squeeze in about 6 minutes of jogging. Yay me! Don't ask if I have to split those 6 minutes into 3 separate 2-minute increments. So yea, treadmill, then weight lifting. I'm the girl that knows nothing about physical activity, much less how weight machines work, so I sit there and read the directions...that's what they're there for, right? Well, this morning, I read the directions for the oblique machine. You sit there with legs facing forward and your upper half turned to one side while you pull this contraption over your shoulders. As you turn your body, the contraption lifts the weights which in turn gives your obliques an amazing work out. Awesome machine! ....except after doing one side, I could NOT figure out how to switch the machine to the other side! So, I figured "Oh well!" And moved on. The rest of my day I felt so off-balance...working out one side of my body significantly more than the other. Strange feeling. Aaaaaand, not to mention my tennishoes SUCK and I have blisters between my toes! Oww! So, that's how my day started. It didn't get any worse, but not too much better. Ya know, things like sending paperwork to my supervisor and not actually attaching the paperwork. Turning in assignments you thought were due today but come to find out it's due next week.

But, i have one less assignment to do this week. And I'm resending the email with the paperwork attached. And I dusted. Yes, dusted. And the dishes are done. And I learned a new game tonight: "the ladybug game." And I played the wii with some pretty cute girlies :) And I'm going home tomorrow. And I have the best boyfriend in the world. And Jesus loves me. Even if I did have oneofthosedays.
