Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him.
~ 1 Chronicles 16:11
Such is my life: searching and seeking.
How bout some updates? Well, I went on a roadtrip to Yuma for my spring break! It was awesome. I got some quality time with my little sis on our 21 hour drive there and back as well as spending the whole time there with her. I got to see my best friends and live with one of them for a week ;) We packed as much as we could into 5 days: the county fair, beach, bonfire, family visits, old neighborhood visit, favorite restaurants, citrus picking...you name it, we probably did it! It was so fun though. I miss everyone there so much. I used to have dreams where Yuma and Monett combined to make one city, it was so confusing...but ideal :)
In other news, I got my first ticket (ticketS) the other week :-/ ...pulled over for speeding, but I just got a warning for that, but got a ticket for no seatbelt and no insurance card on me. Dangit. I HAVE insurance, but just never think about whether it's in my car or not. So now I have to go to court? I think? I need to call about that. I can "plead not guilty" or something and show them my insurance. The policeman said that I can get it waived that way. Hm. Anyone know bout that? I guess I'll just call.
I've made some pretty tough decisions the past few weeks. Putting my pride aside and letting the Lord take over, that was painful, but I feel better on the other side now. I'm still waiting on one action of mine to pan out, but the Lord knows what He is doing. Spring cleaning is what I call it- in my life. Good stuff. Now I am excited to see what He has in store next. I think. Just kidding ;)
School is kicking my butt...I'm racing to summer and this homework is trailing behind me. Ugh. Only 24 days till summer! Woohoo! Crossing my fingers that one of my besties gets her butt over here this summer :) Ahem. You know who you are...
And last but not least, please pray for me and issues that I am struggling with. Satan is really attacking my faith and I find myself very confused in some things. I have great friends and mentors that are alongside of me answering my questions and holding me up, but I still need some extra words of prayer on my behalf :) Which leads me to my last news: I am leading my girls bible study tonight! I'm very excited and nervous at the same time, but I know the Holy Spirit will guide my words. I hope I can keep the discussion on track and not stutter too much!
I look forward to being finished with my junior year of college!!

Just as a note, Deanna did a great job leading Bible study last night!
Deanna, I'm thankful for the things He is doing in your life. Sometimes the periods of wrestling with God on sin issues and faith issues are the times when He grows and strengthens our faith the most. It's awesome that you're willing to admit those things and seek the support of others--I am certain He will guide you and bring you through it all.
